Bryan Edwards among 3 former Gamecocks with new NFL homes
Former South Carolina Gamecock football players made moves around the NFL this weekend. Wide receiver Bryan Edwards was picked up by the Atlanta Falcons in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday. The Raiders traded Edwards and a conditional Boston Red Sox Jersey seventh-round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft to Atlanta for the Falcons’ fifth-round pick next year. Edwards appeared in 29 games across two seasons in Las Vegas after he was drafted by the Raiders in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
