And it seems more extreme than ever as best I can tell, after an offseason of team after team making power moves. I believe this league is more divided than ever between the owners who are really going for it, and the ones mired in a rebuild and the ones on cruise control content – or relatively content – to reap the fiscal rewards while going through the motions on the roster side of things. Harlow’s latest appearance comes a week after releasing his new album, “Come Home the Kids Miss You.” This is his second studio album, which includes Veja Sneakers his chart-topping hits “First Class” and “Nail Tech.” The rapper looked dapper as he lead the way in an all-black ensemble. Vans has asked a judge to hold MSCHF in contempt of court for continuing to sell Tyga’s wavy Vans lookalikes. The shoe company argues that the Brooklyn-based art collective has willfully violated a restraining order. Vans sought a restraining order to prevent MSCHF from selling or marketing its ‘Wavy Baby’ shoes made in collaboration with Tyga. The design of the shoes was  Chacos Shoes inspired by a classic Vans look, fed through a Photoshop filter to obtain the trippy look. Judge William Kuntz ruled that Tyga’s sneakers made in partnership with MSCHF likely did violate Vans trademarks. MSCHF was supposed to suspend all sales of the shoes and stop shipping orders. Judi Merriam’s euphonious voice is well known in the Schenectady theater community – this vocalist and actress has performed on many a stage over the years. Recently, Merriam has been using her voice in another way, she wrote a forthcoming memoir focused on grief. Titled “Empty Shoes by the Door” and planned for release Monday, the book follows Merriam’s life after the suicide of her son, Jenson, 11 years ago. In an open, conversational tone, she describes grief and her struggles with her Christian faith, and provides insight into how people can support those who are grieving.
