A man with a hatchet jumped over a wall and invaded a daycare centre on Wednesday in Brazil, killing four children and wounding at least five others, authorities said. Finland's Prime Minister Sanna Marin appears to have lost her bid for a second term, with her party headed for defeat by two conservative opponents in an extremely tight three-way race for control of parliament.
