Traffic during the United Nations General Assembly in New York can be brutal—even for presidents. French President Emmanuel Macron suddenly found himself stranded on the sidewalk Monday night. That's because President Donald Trump's motorcade had the street on lockdown. Macron picked up the phone and called Trump to jokingly complain about the gridlock.
